Pivot Point Solutions seeks a Senior Cyber Recovery Administrator in Oakland to support ransomware resilience and data protection. You will administer Dell Data Domain environments, maintain isolated recovery vaults and ensure critical data remains recoverable after cyber incidents.

The role requires extensive hands-on backup/recovery experience and collaboration with cybersecurity, storage, and application teams to sustain cyber recovery readiness and security hardening in a hybrid 6-month

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise backup, storage, data protection or cybersecurity infrastructure.
• 3+ years Dell Data Domain administration.
• 3+ years cyber recovery vaults or isolated recovery environments.
• 3+ years ransomware recovery testing and DR exercises.
• Strong experience with Dell Data Domain environments and security hardening.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and monitor enterprise cyber recovery vault environments and infrastructure.
• Manage secure backup replication into isolated cyber recovery vaults.
• Monitor vault health, capacity, system performance and recovery readiness.
• Configure and maintain vault security controls and isolation procedures.
• Perform routine cyber recovery testing and restore validation.
• Install, configure, and maintain Dell Data Domain appliances.
• Coordinate recovery testing with cybersecurity, storage and application teams.
• Develop runbooks, procedures and dashboards for recovery readiness.
