Job summary

AMroute LLC is seeking a Cyber Recovery Engineer for a remote role focused on protecting and restoring data using PPCM, CyberSense, and Data Domain. The successful candidate will monitor daily Cyber Vault operations and support recovery activities to ensure data integrity and availability for customers.

Responsibilities include managing replication health, analyzing CyberSense logs, investigating alerts, and providing knowledge transfer on PPCM and CyberSense operations to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with PPDM/Data Domain/Cyber Recover/Cyber Sense.
• Experience supporting Cyber Vault operations and data protection tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of Cyber Vault.
• Oversee PowerProtect Cyber Recovery Manager operations.
• Monitor Data Domain replication and health.
• Observe CyberSense logs and CyberSense alerts.
• Investigate CyberSense alerts and escalate to customers as needed.
• Optimize Cyber Vault components for reliable runs.
• Manage capacity and performance of replication jobs.
• Participate in recovery and restore operations for customers.
• Provide knowledge transfer on PPCM and CyberSense operations.
• Review backup set reports and stages of Cyber Sense analysis.
• Conduct knowledge transfer to address customer skills gaps in vault operations.
