Qualifications

• Experience developing and winning competitive R&D opportunities with advanced U.S. government R&D organizations, including DARPA, with sponsor engagement, opportunity development, capture, and proposal development.
• Experience building or expanding a federal national security technology or R&D pipeline, including opportunities before solicitations.
• Experience in cybersecurity across AI, software, computing, or cyber-physical systems to evaluate ideas and work credibly with government sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Build a qualified cyber R&D pipeline by developing sponsor relationships and shaping new opportunities.
• Lead opportunities from early sponsor engagement through capture, teaming, proposal development, and award.
