Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in DPP to lead data protection programs for diverse clients. You will define security requirements, develop data governance processes, and guide encryption, key management and lifecycle practices across engagements.

You will work with an internationally connected team, contribute to business development, and travel as needed to client sites, while benefiting from EY’s hybrid model and global training resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related work experience.
• Graduate degree with related work experience is a plus.
• Experience in data protection, encryption, governance and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of data discovery tools and data governance concepts.
• Ability to lead client engagements and manage project teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement teams on data protection programs.
• Define technical and business requirements for data security solutions.
• Develop data access controls, processes and policies.
• Identify, protect and manage data throughout its lifecycle.
• Implement data security products and advise on governance and strategy.
• Provide data governance strategy, roadmap and operating model.
