Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in our Data Protection & Privacy (DPP) capability within Cybersecurity. You will lead engagement teams, define security requirements, and develop data protection programs for major clients. You will work with encryption, PKI, data governance, and lifecycle strategies to secure critical data.

You’ll collaborate across a globally connected EY network, providing guidance on governance, policy, and best practices while traveling as needed for engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4–6 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with 3–5 years.
• 3–5 years of technical architecture experience integrating data protection software.
• Knowledge of encryption, data disposition, data classification, governance.
• Understanding of data lifecycle management and secure disposal.
• Experience integrating data protection tools; network architecture design.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement teams and manage data security solutions.
• Define technical and business requirements for data security solutions.
• Develop data security strategies and implement protection tools.
• Advise on encryption strategy, PKI and certificate management.
• Support data governance strategy and roadmap; policies and standards.
• Travel up to 40–60%.
