Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or equivalent IT services experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct Tier 1–3 maintenance staff and coordinate with Tier 4 vendors on escalations and remediation.
• Monitor SLA/OLA results and drive corrective actions.
• Own incident, problem and change management in ServiceNow.
• Oversee lifecycle management, patching, and reconfiguration to preserve services.
• Maintain security posture through accreditation activities for Authority to Operate.
• Coordinate maintenance across CONUS/OCONUS sites and with site leads.
• Lead root cause analysis and participate in anomaly response teams.
• Support 24x7 emergency response for outages.
