MANTECH seeks a motivated Cyber Operations Planner Subject Matter Expert in Annapolis Junction, MD to support planning, execution, and coordination of offensive cyber operations. The role focuses on Cyber Effects and Cyber Fires planning to achieve strategic and tactical outcomes.

You will engage across joint planning levels, assist in development of campaigns, and support exercises, with travel up to 25% domestically. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph and US citizenship required.

Formación

• Experience in Operations Planning that supports planning, analysis, and execution of cyber exercises and wargames.
• Direct experience in CNMF structures or National Mission Teams.
• Ability to coordinate across large teams and manage complex data flows.

Responsabilidades

• Support the full range of joint planning activities at strategic, operational, and tactical levels across COCOMs and partners.
• Participate in planning and coordination for integrated cyberspace operations to support objectives.
• Assist in development, execution, management, and assessment of military plans including CONPLANs and OPLANs.
• Support crisis action planning and joint/coalition/civil training exercises related to offensive cyber operations.
• Develop and execute wargame integration to refine cyber TTPs.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to ensure complete and functioning systems.
