Job summary

AnaVation, LLC in MD is seeking a Senior Cyber Planner to lead cyberspace operations planning, targeting, and fires synchronization across DoW and partner organizations.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, 10+ years, on-site, and is a senior-level advisory and planning position. You will develop plans, brief leadership, mentor junior planners, and coordinate across interagency partners.

Qualifications

• Clearance: U.S. Citizen; TS/SCI w/Poly.
• Bachelor’s Degree, COPC, or related experience.
• Location: Full-time on-site in MD.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cyberspace operational planning from strategic objectives to execution.
• Lead integration of OCO capabilities into DoW and other operational plans.
• Develop and synchronize OPLANs, OPORDs, FRAGOs, CONOPS, and targeting strategies.
• Lead targeting cycle activities including nomination, validation, prioritization, deconfliction, and assessment.
• Lead fires planning and synchronization for cyberspace operations.
• Represent the organization in senior-level planning forums.
• Synchronize intelligence, targeting, and policy across DoW components and partners.
• Advise leadership on cyberspace operations and risk mitigation.
• Develop policies, procedures, and doctrine supporting fires and cyberspace ops.
• Identify capability gaps and prioritize cyber research, development, acquisition, or deployment.
