Job summary

Cornerstone Defense seeks a Senior Technical Operations Advisor to provide expert-level technical and operational support to the Office of the Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor. The role operates between the Pentagon and Mark Center, aiding DoD cyber workforce policy, training, and defensive operations.

The candidate will deliver technical briefings, support policy development, and coordinate with senior DoD stakeholders. A strong background in adversary emulation and TTP analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required or eligible.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in offensive and/or defensive cyberspace operations.
• Expert-level knowledge of adversary emulation, TTP analysis, and vulnerability assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical, operational, and strategic support to DoD cyber initiatives.
• Develop and deliver technical briefings to senior DoD stakeholders.
• Support policy development addressing defense of critical infrastructure and OT networks.
• Assist leadership in implementing cyber workforce strategies and readiness programs.
• Coordinate with DoD components and cyber organizations on mission-critical tasks.
