Job summary

ORBIS Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to support data collection, analysis and reporting for the PEO IWS 2.0 cybersecurity program. You will help develop a capability dashboard and engage government stakeholders to obtain metrics.

The role requires knowledge of RMF, Navy/DOD policy and cyber testing methods, plus a secret clearance and US citizenship. You will contribute to cost/schedule/performance analyses and produce briefing materials for program reviews.

Qualifications

• A) HS diploma/GED with 10 years relevant cybersecurity/RMF experience.
• B) Bachelor's in a relevant field with 5 years RMF experience.
• C) Master's in a relevant field with 3 years RMF experience.
• Knowledge of Navy/DOD policy, RMF, and cyber testing methods is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support collection, analysis and reporting of cybersecurity performance data.
• Support development and operation of a capability dashboard for cybersecurity program.
• Gather data related to cybersecurity performance metrics with government stakeholders.
• Update and maintain cybersecurity metrics tools.
• Provide critical thinking on baselining and metric improvements.
• Provide systems engineering and technical analysis of cost, schedule and performance in cybersecurity.
• Produce information products (PowerPoint, memos, issue papers) related to cybersecurity.
• Attend program reviews and gather technical information for the program.
• Advise PAPM on improving performance measurement methodology.
• Analyze factors affecting Cybersecurity improvements across networks.
• Carry out costing and briefing development, coordinating with other specialists and stakeholders.
