Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Multi-Intelligence Collection Manager to support USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD. You will orchestrate collection across SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT and GEOINT while driving deconfliction and shaping how the cyber command understands its adversaries.

You will develop strategies, manage cross-domain collection requirements, and provide subject-matter expertise for GIMS and related tools. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and extensive experience in collection management.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• 12+ years w/o a degree or 10 years with AA/AS or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD.
• Knowledge of collection management concepts, IC/DoD classification guidelines.
• Ability to evaluate and synthesize multiple sources using structured analytic techniques.
• Proficiency producing timely, concise analytic reports in MS Office formats.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection requirements across SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT.
• Deconflict and coordinate collection tasks with DIA and IC agencies.
• Develop and refine multi-discipline collection strategies for USCYBERCOM/CMF.
• Monitor strategies and adjust approaches based on reporting outcomes.
• Support IC engagements through national working groups and boards.
