Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Cyber Governance Analyst III in Hollywood, FL (onsite with 1 day remote) to strengthen governance programs, automate workflows, and deliver scalable dashboards. The role combines governance, analytics, and process improvement to enhance program maturity and user experience across cybersecurity functions.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in cybersecurity governance, strong analytics, and experience with governance platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, GRC, IT governance, or related discipline.
Strong understanding of governance, risk and controls, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance artifacts (policies, standards, procedures, workflows, playbooks, templates, and knowledge resources).
Lead process engineering to translate requirements into future-state designs and implement improvements.
Manage governance processes including issue remediation tracking and action governance, ensuring timely closure.
Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting to support leadership decisions.
