Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Scrum Master III to lead agile delivery across cybersecurity initiatives in Hollywood (onsite with 1 day remote). You will facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure delivery aligns with ITSM workflows and security priorities.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Scrum Master/Agile roles, strong Jira/Azure DevOps experience, and a bachelor’s degree. This direct-hire role reports to the Manager of Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance and offers

Qualifications

5+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery approaches.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps Boards, or equivalent tools.
Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Refine and prioritize backlog with domain leads and owners.
Track sprint health, predictability, capacity, throughput, and burndown metrics.
Coach teams on Agile practices and foster a collaborative environment.
Coordinate across cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders to delivery.
Provide real-time delivery visibility and reporting to leadership.
