Job summary

Veriipro in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Cybersecurity Governance Analyst with 5+ years of experience to strengthen our security program and governance framework.

You will develop dashboards, support policy and control management, and collaborate with IT, risk, and business stakeholders while helping to automate reporting using AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, IT, information systems, risk management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, GRC, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, controls, policies, standards, and risk management practices.
• Experience documenting, analyzing, and improving cybersecurity or IT processes.
• Hands-on experience with governance, workflow, reporting, or security platforms.
• Knowledge of workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and data management concepts.
• Experience developing dashboards, metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analytics, workflows, or operational efficiency.

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Governance Analyst with 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, GRC, risk management, compliance, or related areas. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, governance processes, controls, reporting, workflow automation, and risk management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Risk Management, Process Engineering, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity governance, GRC, risk management, compliance, security operations, process improvement, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance frameworks, controls, policies, standards, and risk management practices.
• Experience documenting, analyzing, and improving cybersecurity or IT processes.
• Hands‑on experience with governance, workflow, reporting, or security platforms.
• Knowledge of workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and data management concepts.
• Experience developing dashboards, metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analytics, workflows, or operational efficiency.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and operational practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM, Archer, Onspring, or similar GRC platforms.
• Experience with security awareness platforms such as KnowBe4, Proofpoint, or Hoxhunt.
• Experience with Power BI, data visualization, and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, ServiceNow Flow Designer, or similar automation tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, or COBIT.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous process improvement methodologies.
