The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) seeks a Lead Associate Principal to drive cyber incident response, security monitoring, and digital forensics across the enterprise. You will champion automation, alert optimization, and continuous SOC improvement with project management oversight.

Required: seven years in security operations with hands-on experience in SOAR, SIEM, DLP, and EDR; strong communication and leadership skills; willingness to work in a hybrid environment in Chicago.

Formación

• Experience leading cyber incident response and SOC improvements.
• Strong knowledge of SOAR, SIEM, EDR and data loss prevention.
• Ability to develop incident response playbooks and automation.
• Familiarity with security regulations and frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cyber incident responders in investigation, coordination, review and reporting.
• Oversee security monitoring, alert tuning, and AI/automation initiatives for SOC.
• Deploy and manage digital forensics investigations while preserving evidence.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOC processes and procedures.
