• Design and construct interfaces between ERP and legacy systems
• Provide production support by troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes
• Use back-end and front-end languages to optimize performance and security
• Code programming logic following design specifications
• Install, configure, upgrade, and monitor software products
• Maintain up-to-date records of issues and code changes
• Monitor application quality and performance through testing and maintenance
• Develop applications for business processes and systems
• Ensure adherence to development best practices within the team
• Represent IT on projects when required
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and service levels
• Forecast and model using analytical tools
• Perform other assigned duties
