You will defend privacy lawsuits and data breach class actions, draft dispositive motions, manage multiple case strategies, and coordinate discovery with experts. JD from an accredited law school is required, with 8+ years of complex litigation and class action experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of complex litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Class action litigation experience is required.
• Cybersecurity and data privacy background preferred but not essential.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Experience defending in data breach and other privacy class actions is a plus.
• Working knowledge of state and federal rules of civil procedure.
