Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 5 years related claims experience.
• Experience handling Cyber liability claims or similar complex claims issues.
• Licensed and/or certified in states where claims are handled or able to obtain licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex Cyber Liability claims.
• Manage full life cycle of assigned claims files.
• Negotiate settlements with clients and attorneys and prepare reserve/settlement requests.
