Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer at the Senior Consultant level to deploy frontier AI workflows for cybersecurity. You will work with client teams to translate use cases into scalable engineering tasks and contribute to architecture, testing, and secure deployments.

You will collaborate with researchers and service providers to test capabilities, deliver demonstrations, and produce reusable playbooks for engagements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, including hands-on software engineering and AI/ML deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery.
• Experience building agents, model tool integrations, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses.
• Experience with security operations, threat investigation, detection engineering, or incident response automation.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code for AI services.
• Cloud engineering and secure AI deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• API integration with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management, or code security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.
• Build, evaluate, and deploy AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Own technical deliverables, estimate tasks, and communicate progress to engagement leaders.
• Contribute to architecture, pair programming, code reviews, and integration troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with model providers and researchers to test cyber capabilities and document deployment findings.
• Contribute to technical demonstrations, proposals, and reusable delivery playbooks.
