Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer (Senior Consultant) to deploy frontier AI solutions for security challenges. You will work with client teams to translate use cases into engineering tasks and deliver production-grade AI applications, with a focus on safe and scalable deployments.

You will contribute to architecture, testing, and demonstrations while traveling up to 25–50% as needed, in a role that blends advisory with hands-on engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of hands-on software engineering with AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery.
• Experience deploying frontier AI models or LLMs for cybersecurity.
• Experience building agents, model tool integrations, and evaluation harnesses.
• Security operations, threat investigation, or incident automation experience.
• DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code for AI services.
• Cloud deployment of secure AI in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Knowledge of prompt injection, data leakage, and OWASP MITRE ATLAS safeguards.
• Strong client-facing delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, and remediation support.
• Own assigned technical deliverables, estimate tasks, and communicate risks to leaders.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and integration troubleshooting.
• Test and document deployment findings; build demos and reusable components.
• Collaborate with model providers and researchers to validate capabilities.
