Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer at the Senior Consultant level to deploy frontier AI models for cybersecurity across client engagements. You will lead threat investigation workflows, build evaluation harnesses, and contribute to architecture, code reviews, and delivery playbooks.

You will work with client security teams and EY stakeholders to translate use cases into engineering tasks, ensuring secure, scalable AI solutions and clear documentation throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of hands-on software engineering and AI/ML deployment experience.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery.
• Experience deploying frontier AI models or LLM applications for cybersecurity.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure‑as‑code for AI services.
• Cloud engineering and secure AI deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS.
• Ability to deliver client‑facing delivery from requirements through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.
• Build evaluation datasets and test harnesses to measure accuracy, false positives, latency and cost.
• Own assigned technical deliverables, estimate tasks, and report progress to engagement leaders.
• Contribute to architecture, pair programming, code reviews, and integration troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with model providers and researchers to test cyber capabilities and document deployment findings.
• Develop technical demonstrations, proposals, reusable components, evaluation suites, and delivery playbooks.
