Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer (Senior Consultant) to join our Cyber practice. You will work as a forward-deployed engineer applying frontier AI models to real security challenges, from prototype to production, with guidance from leaders.

You will deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation, building evaluation datasets, test harnesses, and secure integrations while collaborating with client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience with AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery.
• Experience deploying frontier AI models or LLMs for cybersecurity; building agents and evaluation harnesses.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, and remediation support.
• Own technical deliverables, estimate tasks, and communicate progress to engagement leaders.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and integration troubleshooting with client teams.
• Collaborate with model providers/researchers to test capabilities and document findings.
