Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer (Senior Consultant) to deploy frontier AI solutions for cybersecurity challenges. You will work with client teams to translate use cases into engineering tasks, build production AI workflows, and contribute to architectural decisions and demonstrations.

You will own assigned deliverables, guide task estimates, and collaborate with engagement leaders while traveling 25–50% as needed. EY offers a comprehensive rewards package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 3–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery; experience in deploying frontier AI/LLM for cybersecurity.
• Experience building agents, model tool integrations, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses.
• Security operations, threat investigation, detection engineering, or incident response automation.
• DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure‑as‑code for AI services.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.
• Work with client security teams to deploy AI productions; build evaluation datasets and test harnesses; measure accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Own technical deliverables, estimate tasks, and communicate progress to engagement leaders.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and integration troubleshooting; test cyber capabilities with model providers.
• Create demonstrations, proposals, and reusable components; contribute to delivery playbooks.
