Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer (Senior Consultant) in the United States to help clients apply frontier AI models to real security challenges. You will build, evaluate, and deploy AI solutions—from prototype to production—with guidance from leaders and client teams.

You will own technical deliverables, contribute to architecture and testing, and collaborate with researchers while supporting demonstrations and reusable components. Travel 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience, including hands-on software engineering and experience building or deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery, plus experience deploying frontier AI models or LLM applications for cybersecurity and building agents, tool integrations, and evaluation harnesses.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code for AI services; cloud engineering and secure AI deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.
• Build evaluation datasets and test harnesses to measure performance, latency, and cost.
• Own assigned technical deliverables, estimate tasks, and communicate progress to engagement leaders.
• Contribute to architecture, pair programming, code reviews, and integration troubleshooting; collaborate with model providers and researchers.
