Job summary

Red Clay Consulting is seeking an Oracle CX4U Architect to lead end-to-end CX4U implementations for utility clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable, AI-enabled platform architectures, design integrations with meter infrastructure and IoT devices, and drive solution delivery from discovery through go-live and hypercare.

The role requires deep Oracle Utilities experience, hands-on CX4U knowledge, and strong leadership to mentor teams and present to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Utilities consulting or implementation experience, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle CX solutions (CX4U, CX Cloud, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two of CC&B, C2M, MDM, CCS, or MWM; hands-on integration design with meters/IoT/head-end systems.
• Proven track record leading full lifecycle CX platform implementations from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Strong understanding of utility billing models, outage management, and regulatory compliance; able to translate capabilities into client-ready designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Oracle CX4U implementations, including onboarding and billing workflows.
• Design and validate integrations between CX4U and meter infrastructure, IoT devices, DERs.
• Develop architecture docs, blueprints, data flow diagrams, and integration specs.
• Guide clients through AI-powered personalization, predictive analytics, and proactive outage design.
• Mentor junior consultants and deliver client-facing training post go-live.
