Job summary

Principal Asset Management is seeking a Program Manager II to join our Customer Experience Technology (CXT) team. You will help shape how individual customers experience Principal across digital channels while driving alignment and execution on enterprise initiatives.

As a Program Manager, you will operate at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience, translating strategy into action while aligning priorities, dependencies, and decisions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years project, program, or initiative management experience.
• Proven success delivering cross-functional initiatives across tech, product, and business.
• Strong PM experience balancing strategic planning and execution.
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Experience leading organizational change and adoption of new capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility customer experience initiatives across multiple teams.
• Facilitate strategic alignment by connecting priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to drive collaboration.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive communication across the organization.
• Define and monitor success measures tied to customer outcomes and business value.
