You will lead the creation of scalable content operations, ensure accessibility, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights. Portfolio required for consideration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in instructional design, enablement, or knowledge roles supporting CX audiences.
• Immersive storytelling excellence: craft narratives that drive agent adoption into measurable impact.
• Data storytelling: contextualize data, derive insights, and suggest actions.
• Learning design expertise with ADDIE/SAM or similar frameworks.
• Exceptional writing and editing for CX audiences with editorial judgment.
• AI literacy: hands-on with generative AI tools for content creation/editing.
• Technical fluency to translate CX operating models into content.
• Tool adaptability across Crunchyroll's platforms and systems.
• Portfolio required: applications must include a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead storytelling and deck development: craft narratives and visuals for CX stakeholders.
• Own onboarding programs and learning experiences for new hires and roles.
• Leverage Crunchyroll's collaboration, analytics, authoring, and content platforms.
• Stand up content operations: templates, versioning, style guides, and governance.
• Champion accessibility and inclusion across content and experiences.
• Document scalable workflows and continuously improve them.
