Job summary

The Senior Manager, CX Controller & Commercial Operations owns the financial and commercial integrity of the CX engagement portfolio, while running the broader operational rhythm for the Client Experience organization.

This role goes deep into the numbers—SOWs, milestones, billing, revenue recognition, and project margins.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services finance or consulting operations.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
• Experience reading and assessing SOWs and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review SOWs for commercial soundness and terms.
• Own project-level financial governance and milestone billing.
• Collaborate on revenue recognition and accounting treatment.
• Conduct project P&L reviews and margin analysis.
• Maintain the monthly close for Consulting Delivery.
• Support pricing, deal structuring and forecasting.
