IFS Copperleaf is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to join our AMER team in the US. You will work directly with clients on large, complex implementations, translating business needs into elegant, scalable solutions.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years of consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Expect travel across North America and a hybrid work arrangement to support diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience with client-facing roles.
• Experience with software deployment technologies, networks and databases.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key client interface for large, complex implementations and articulate requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and partners across the North America region.
• Own end-to-end processes from scoping to delivery, including customization and integration.
• Provide user training and drive successful project milestones.
