Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Senior Cvent Platform Administrator to join our Biotech client in Foster City, CA. This temporary, hybrid role emphasizes governance and hands-on administration of the Cvent platform to support compliant, scalable event management.

You will configure and maintain account settings, build templates and reports, and supervise data quality and access controls while partnering with Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT, and Procurement to drive platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Cvent Account Administrator Certification.
• Cvent System Administrator Certification.
• Significant hands-on experience administering Cvent in a complex, enterprise, or highly regulated environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Cvent account architecture, account-level configuration, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Experience with data quality, governance, and audit-ready operating practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance and day-to-day administration of the Cvent platform.
• Configure, maintain, and test account settings, workflows, templates, forms, fields, and reporting.
• Develop and validate reports; ensure data quality and accuracy before distribution.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT, Procurement, and other stakeholders to enforce platform usage.
• Maintain documentation, change records, and governance decisions; monitor configuration drift.
• Support onboarding and training of users and Cvent Champions.
