Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience as Process Owner within PVD/CVD.
• Bachelor or Master of Engineering, or AAS with related experience; military equivalence considered.
• Experience supporting manufacturing in a semiconductor fab.

Responsibilities

• Apply strong process-area knowledge to startup, develop, and optimize CVD/PVD processes.
• Collaborate with equipment and integrations engineers to identify and resolve production issues.
• Use SPC and data-driven methods to close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps.
• Drive process improvements to enhance yield and cost efficiency.
