Jobot is seeking a Licensed Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee daily brokerage operations and ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations while leading a high-performing team.

This role collaborates with compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. A Customs Broker License and 5+ years in the field are required, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 entry writers.
• Manage daily customs brokerage operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor new hires
• Oversee entry preparation, classification, valuation, and duty assessment.
