Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience and drive positive reviews.
• Process ISF (Import Security Filing) entries.
• Assemble entry packets for submission to Customs and approve documentation.
• Customs clearance of air, ocean, road, and rail shipments.
• Process all entries via ABI to satisfy CBP and govt. requirements.
• OGA processing.
• Obtain Freight Release.
• Manage duty payments and ACH accounts.
• Classify goods and rate commercial invoices.
• Interface with U.S. Customs and other agencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Recommend solutions to drive efficiencies and growth.
• Manage deliveries of LCL and air freight to final destination.
