Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customs in Laredo, TX.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for import customs regulations and compliance programs, supporting Brokerage operations by monitoring compliance, providing regulatory guidance, conducting training, and identifying opportunities to reduce risk while ensuring adherence to CBP requirements. Responsibilities include managing import documentation, post-entry filings, and coordinating with Importers of Records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of customs brokerage, customs compliance, or international trade experience.
• Strong knowledge of customs entry procedures and CBP regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB).

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for import customs regulations and compliance programs.
• Support Customs Brokerage operations by monitoring compliance and providing regulatory guidance.
• Conduct training and identify opportunities to reduce risk while ensuring adherence to U.S. CBP requirements.
• Oversee import documentation, monetary transactions, and post-entry activities.
• Ensure compliance through audits, training, and regular communication.
