Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis, operations analytics, or related field.
• Experience serving as a SME for customer-facing systems and reporting.
• Experience leading small to moderate projects or cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve analysis or reporting.
• Experience in regulated or complex business environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analysis of operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities with cross-team impact.
• Design and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and reports translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Serve as SME for customer-facing and back-office platforms, analyzing issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Gather and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and technical specs.
• Own full lifecycle for system enhancements, reporting needs, integrations, and operational changes.
• Apply AI and automation to streamline analysis and improve reporting quality.
• Lead small to moderately complex projects and cross-functional workstreams.
• Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
