Yes Energy seeks a Senior Customer Support and Market Data Specialist to join the team. You will be the most technically focused member of Support, answering questions about product usage and troubleshooting.

This role emphasizes understanding how Yes Energy products work under the hood and communicating solutions effectively. Responsibilities include onboarding new staff, leading troubleshooting calls, maintaining strong customer relationships, and documenting issues for stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer support or related roles.
• Ability to translate complex technical information to customers clearly.
• Experience onboarding new staff and providing training.
• Familiarity with CRM software and case management workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical customer support and product usage guidance.
• Lead troubleshooting calls with customers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Help customers optimize workflows and usage of Yes Energy products.
• Document issues and resolutions clearly for development and support teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on trends and risks for customers.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base materials.
