Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with customer service systems and processes.
• Working knowledge of project management, order management, and production planning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer communication, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.
• Implement and oversee project management activities for assigned customer programs.
• Coordinate internal communication and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
• Lead customer satisfaction activities, including surveys, analysis, and reporting.
• Manage customer complaints by investigating issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Review orders, address order-related issues, and monitor production plans to meet requirements.
• Perform contract and PO reviews, process order entry, and maintain accurate schedules.
• Provide project management support for existing products and customer programs.
