Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size financial-institution customers across the Eastern U.S.

You will ensure customers derive maximum value from Eltropy’s AI communications platform, driving retention, expansion, and satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in customer-facing SaaS/FinTech roles, strong EQ, and a collaborative mindset to work with sales, product, and support teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management, customer success) in SaaS and FinTech.
• Ability to develop tailored success plans and mitigate churn risks.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across teams.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers; conduct check-ins and strategic reviews.
• Develop and execute tailored success plans; identify churn risks via data and usage.
• Identify upsell opportunities; collaborate with Sales for expansions and smooth handoffs.
• Oversee onboarding and product adoption; provide training and best practices.
• Advocate for customers by relaying feedback to product and cross-functional teams.
• Track customer health and retention metrics; maintain CRM records.
