The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in management consulting or strategic account management, preferably in healthcare. This position offers a base salary of $120k–$180k, along with stock options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategic account management, or client advisory, ideally in healthcare, medtech, or health IT.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site institutional clients.
• Excellent communication skills at every organization level.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to key leadership teams across multi-site healthcare clients.
• Lead seamless onboarding and implementation engagements.
• Build trust quickly with CMOs, CNOs, and operations leaders.
• Leverage predictive analytics to surface insights.
• Own the full post-sales lifecycle.
