Job summary

Trunk Tools is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own the delivery of our AI‑Enabled GC program inside top general contractor accounts. You will lead the transformation, coordinating a dedicated delivery pod to move organizations from AI-curious to AI-first. Travel is required up to 30%.

You will manage end-to-end plans, governance cadences, and KPI reporting to ensure successful multi-year engagements and measurable outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management or similar role with large, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
• Experience leading change management or transformation initiatives beyond software delivery.
• Customer-facing delivery experience; construction, AEC, or enterprise SaaS exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plan across all phases and maintain critical path.
• Run the stage-gate model with defined entry/exit criteria for each phase.
• Manage risks, dependencies and resourcing across the pod and make deployment decisions.
