Job description

Role & Responsibilities

This is a key role in driving Customer Success, optimization, and upsell of new business opportunities by qualifying and nurturing customers in our rapidly growing business.

Key Experience

Developing Agentic AI solutions and Virtual Agents, especially for Customer Support.

Attributes and Skills Required
  • Candidate should have 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales or Customer Success with a Technical background is ideal).
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented high-growth sales environment.
  • Lead other IT team members towards better service delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening skills.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the key advocate for our Customers on behalf of Grazitti, focusing on Transformation, Engagement, and Experience.
  • Maintain oversight of accounts and work with customers to maximize value realization through productive partnerships.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals to maintain touchpoints with existing customers.
  • Understand customer pain points and facilitate escalations by coordinating with Product Management, Support groups, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage account renewals, upselling, and reporting.
  • Ensure impeccable customer satisfaction and coordinate between customers and delivery teams for all deliverables.
