Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity transformations for strategic customers, aligning governance and objectives.
• Identify and pursue professional services opportunities through capability roadmaps and adoption analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales to define product adoption and retention plans.
• Provide executive-level guidance on governance models and risk mitigation.
• Mentor other Customer Success resources on transformation best practices.
