Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Engineer for the NSSS Component Design, Analysis and Aging Management team. You will lead proposals, pricing strategies, and complex contract negotiations with utility customers to drive backlog and margin.

Based in Cranberry Township, PA, the role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 1–2 days on site per week. You will forecast financial timing and results, work cross-functionally, and build trusted customer relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Broad NSSS product knowledge, including Reactor Vessel components.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development in NSSS and manage complex negotiations to secure contracts.
• Assist Project Management and Contract Manager on contract changes.
• Analyze RFQ requirements and price strategies to grow backlog.
• Forecast financial timing and results with SOPAR and ESS teams.
• Build consultative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Present complex technical and financial information to leadership.
