Job summary

Confluent, based in Boston, is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to partner with a diverse portfolio of customers from Mid-Market to Enterprise and Strategic accounts. You will work with teams across Customer Solutions, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure technical health, product adoption, and demonstrable value realization.

You will deepen your technical expertise in Kafka, Flink, and Confluent IP while leveraging your customer-facing skills in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Build relationships with customers as their go-to technical expert across a diverse portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes and mature data streaming utilization.
• Troubleshoot issues with support engineers and provide actionable insights to prevent churn.
• Develop deep technical expertise in Confluent technologies and streaming applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor: build relationships with customers across portfolio.
• Lead Post-Sale Engagements: coordinate with internal teams for successful outcomes and adoption.
• Drive Customer Success: troubleshoot issues and propose mitigations to prevent churn.
• Develop Deep Technical Expertise: deepen knowledge of Confluent tech and streaming apps.
