Job summary

LG Energy Solution is seeking a Senior Customer Service Supply Chain Management Specialist in Westborough, MA. The role reports to the Residential CS team leader and focuses on ASC management, logistics planning, cost control, and cross-functional CS tasks to support growth in the NA residential battery market.

The position requires extensive experience in logistics and customer service, strong data analytics skills, and the ability to collaborate with Korea-based associates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience in logistics and customer service field.
• Relevant supply chain and ASC / refurbish manufacturing experience is a plus.
• High expertise in dealing with ambiguity, complexity and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent data analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service KPI target is met and take corrective actions as needed.
• Drive problem solving and innovative solutions in supply chain operations.
• Manage rolling forecast for demand and supply, and report results to HQ.
• Coordinate ASC management to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains.
• Develop and own internal reporting deliverables for the team in US and Korea.
• Coordinate with HQ and US teams such as accounting, planning, sales and CS.
