Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative in Pennsylvania to deliver superior service, respond to inquiries about product availability, pricing, freight and delivery dates, and to receive and monitor orders. You will collaborate with Sales, Design, and Production to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.

The role requires five years of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school diploma required.
• Five (5) years of customer service experience handling orders and building strong relationships.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track orders through scheduling; coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and invoicing.
• Inform Sales Representatives of pertinent activity on accounts and orders.
• Coordinate product specifications, availability, shipping, quotations, and estimates.
• Serve as a link between customer, design, sales, and production teams for scheduling and changes.
• Maintain organized customer files.
• Investigate and resolve complaints including billing issues; escalate when needed.
• Manage on-hand inventory levels and reconcile with orders and forecasts; month-end counts.
• Provide direction and backup to other customer service staff as needed.
