Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track assigned orders through scheduling.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and production to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Communicate account activity to sales team and other internal departments.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints including billing issues.
• Maintain organized customer files and monitor inventory levels.
• Provide support to other CS representatives as needed.
