Insight Global seeks an experienced Customer Project Manager to lead complex customer-facing technology projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring customer satisfaction and solid business outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of multi-technology projects in fast-paced settings.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
10+ years of project management experience in a comparable industry.
Leading one to two large, complex customer projects.
Experience delivering multi-technology projects with multiple dependencies.
Strong risk management and governance experience.
Proven ability to manage budgets, profitability, and contractual change control.
Executive communication and reporting to key stakeholders.
Mentor junior PMs and lead process improvements.
Experience with customers, internal teams, and third-party partners.

Aufgaben

Lead one to two large, complex, high-risk customer projects with global reach.
Develop project plans and lead end-to-end implementations.
Track metrics, budgets, and profitability; manage scope and change control.
Provide status reporting to stakeholders and manage partner delivery.
Mentor junior project management professionals.
Participate in strategic initiatives and share best practices.
