Brink’s Inc. is seeking a Customer Program Sr Manager to lead end-to-end deployments of Digital Retail Solutions for strategic customers. You will coordinate product, engineering, IT, operations, and market teams, ensuring readiness and successful adoption while maintaining executive visibility.

The role requires 10+ years of program leadership in matrixed environments, strong customer-facing leadership, and the ability to influence across boundaries to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading strategic customer programs and large-scale deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or similar certification preferred.
• Experience in highly matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer deployments from opportunity qualification through deployment, stabilization, and handoff.
• Coordinate commercial, technical, and operational teams to assess feasibility, readiness, dependencies, risks, and execution gaps.
• Establish governance forums with customer stakeholders and internal leadership to drive alignment and timely decisions.
• Provide executive-level reporting on scope, schedule, readiness, risks, and financial impacts.
• Drive deployment readiness and successful customer adoption, transitioning to steady-state operations.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in deployment methodologies.
