Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Senior Customer Operations Manager in Kenosha, WI to empower the team to minimize order delays and deliver exceptional service.

You will oversee backorder and drop-ship operations, mentor leaders, track profitability and vendor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and identify new product opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years in Customer Service or Product Management, incl. 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of Order Entry, Purchase Order Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to North American branches and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage Backorder and Custom/ Drop-Ship operations, focusing on quality, speed and accuracy.
• Guide leaders in analyzing department results for trends and improvement opportunities.
• Track and report gross profit, returns, vendor performance and customer feedback metrics.
• Collaborate with other Uline teams to enhance customer service processes and identify new product opportunities.
• Build strong vendor relationships to resolve issues quickly and enhance service quality.
